We will be carrying out essential server maintenance on Saturday 9th March, because of this our online payment system will be unavailable between 2pm – 3pm.

To make an online payment, simply click the button below to open a secure payment page and follow the instructions. You will need your MPG reference number to complete your payment and allow us to allocate the funds to your plan.

Safe and secure payments

Our payment processing systems are fast & secure. When making a payment you will be directed to our secure payments server which ensures secure processing of your payment.

Refund Policy

If at any point you request a refund of your payment we will only do this while we are still in receipt of the funds. Your refund request will be processed same day. However, it may take 5-7 business days for it to display on your statement.

Pay by phone

MoneyPlus secure payment line is an automated telephone payment system enabling you to make a payment by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What you will need

Payment is made through the telephone key pad. You will be asked to enter the following information:

• MPG Reference No
• Date of birth
• Confirmation of the amount you would like to pay

An option to request a receipt is available which will be sent to you via text.

Calls may be recorded. Standard rates apply.

Pay by Direct Debit

Direct Debit is one of the most convenient and easiest ways to pay. You pay an agreed amount each month directly from your bank account and your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
