Entry

  1. This ‘iPad Prize Draw’ is offered by MoneyPlus Group Limited.
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
  3. To be eligible for the Prize Draw, entrants must be a UK resident over the age of 18 years old.

  5. Only 1 entry per person per business.
  6. All information provided is used for marketing purposes by MoneyPlus Group only. We do not share this information with any third parties, except through anonymised statistics and/or quotes. You do not have to consent marketing for your entry to be valid.
  7. By submitting your details, arranging a meeting and entering the Prize Draw, entrants confirm their agreement to these Terms.
  8. Any entry which is found to provide incorrect details or disparages, defames or otherwise negatively references MoneyPlus Group will be rejected.
  9. Employees of any MoneyPlus group company, their immediate families or anyone professionally linked to the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.

The Prize

  1. The Prize consists of an Apple iPad for the Winner.
  2. A total of one prize is available.
  3. There is no separate cost for postage or packing.
  4. The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be substituted, and there is no cash alternative.

The Winner

  1. The Prize Draw period commences on 7th November 2024 (the “Opening Date”).
  1. The Prize Draw period will close at 23:59 GMT on 12th December 2024 (the “Closing Date”).
  2. The Prize Draw winner will be drawn at random by computer within five working days of the Closing Date, and will be independently verified to ensure they are a valid winner (e.g. a UK resident).
  3. MoneyPlus Group will contact the Winner of the Prize Draw by all reasonable methods. The Prize Draw Winner has 14 calendar days to acknowledge the Prize.
  4. If no contact is made after 14 calendar days or if the Winner does not wish to claim the Prize, the Prize will transfer to the next randomly chosen Winner and the original Winner is void.
  5. In accordance with our regulatory obligations, the details (name, county) of the Winner will be available to the public upon request to MoneyPlus Group from 30 days after the Closing Date.
  6. MoneyPlus Group may ask the Winner to participate in marketing promotions related to this Prize Draw. It is at the discretion of the Winner if they wish to participate.

General conditions

  1. The promoter of the ‘iPad Prize Draw’ is MoneyPlus Group Limited, which is registered in England and Wales (07310059) at registered office Riverside, New Bailey Street, Manchester, M3 5FS.
  1. This ‘iPad Prize Draw’ is not affiliated with or offered in conjunction with Apple.
  2. The Prize Draw, together with these conditions, is governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  3. At its discretion, MoneyPlus Group may promote the existence of this Prize Draw through its legitimate interests under the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulations.
  4. MoneyPlus Group do not use any personal data provided as part of entries into the Prize Draw for any other purpose than those specified in these Terms.
