We’re still here for you.

Following the recent government announcements on the current COVID-19 outbreak within the UK, we want to let you know that the MoneyPlus Advice team remains available for you and will continue to function as normal - we are fully prepared for any eventuality. So, you can rest assured that we’re still here if you need us!

We’re aware that your financial circumstance may have changed, which can be stressful, but we want to reassure you that we are fully equipped to support you through any situation.

For example, we can help you prioritise your bills. We have good working relationships with mortgage lenders and other creditors who are accepting payment breaks, and we can also tell you that renters will not be forced into eviction.

In the short term, you may be able to make the money in your pocket go a bit further by deferring some of the large financial commitments that you make each month. However, as it stands, debt remains an important payment.

If you’re a MoneyPlus Advice customer, continuing your payments to us means we can then send these onto your creditors. Doing this will ensure your creditors will not contact you, which will ease the burden on you in these difficult times.

It is important to remember that when the outbreak is under control and normality returns, your debt will remain. So any and all efforts to stay on top of your financial commitments is critical. If you need help managing your money, please get in touch.
