Kate brings over 16 years of experience in financial services, specialising in debt solutions, customer vulnerability, and operational delivery. She began her career in 2009 in a data capture role, supporting customers before they spoke with a debt advisor. Since then, she has progressed through a range of roles – from Debt Advisor to Team Leader and Operations Manager – and now leads the MoneyPlus operations function.
With deep frontline insight and a strong track record in process improvement, Kate is focused on creating smoother customer journeys and better outcomes. Her approach combines strategic leadership with hands-on understanding of the day-to-day challenges customers face. She’s committed to making financial support accessible, compassionate, and effective, so more people can get back on track with confidence.
