We will ask you for your name, date of birth, and your last three years of addresses.
We'll then send this information securely to Experian where they will perform a soft search, which won't impact your credit file.
Experian will then send us your debts in detail, who you owe money to and your current balance along with your reference numbers.
This makes the advice we give you more accurate and doesn't require you to find your paperwork.
