At MoneyPlus Advice, social responsibility is central to who we are. Our commitment goes beyond financial services, as we strive to make a positive impact on our communities, promote ethical business practices, and prioritise employee wellbeing.
We actively support charitable causes, such as sponsoring the 2025 “Scotland The Wave” challenge to raise funds for key charities. Our business practices are built on transparency and fairness, ensuring our clients’ best interests are always at the forefront. Additionally, we invest in our employees’ health and happiness by fostering a positive workplace with resources like an on-site gym and a subsidised cafe.
Through these efforts, we aim to create lasting, meaningful change for our clients, employees and the community.
Charities
At MoneyPlus Advice, we believe in giving back to our community and supporting important causes. One of the ways we’re doing this is by sponsoring “Scotland The Wave”, a challenge taking place in 2025 where four incredible women will complete the world’s toughest row across the Atlantic Ocean.
This event aims to raise money for four charities: Breast Cancer UK, SiMBA Charity, the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), and Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA), all of which make a significant impact in helping people.
To support Scotland The Wave, we’ve been engaging in various fundraising activities, including our dress-down Fridays where colleagues contribute £1 each to wear casual clothing to work. With the 2025 event fast approaching, we have many more exciting fundraising events planned, so stay tuned for what’s to come.
In past years, we’ve supported our local community by organising a food bank collection for Salford Food Bank, encouraging our team to donate items for those in need. Additionally, in October 2020, our Chief Commercial Officer, Jonathan Mills, cycled 100 miles to raise funds for Manchester Youth Zone, a charity dedicated to helping young people across the city.
Ethical Business Practices
Our commitment to ethical financial advice is at the core of everything we do. We believe in transparency, fairness, and putting our customers first. Every piece of advice we offer is designed to align with ethical standards and the best interests of our clients. We ensure that our financial solutions are clear and understandable, allowing our clients to make informed decisions about their financial futures.
Our customer-centric policies prioritise the wellbeing and financial security of those we serve, fostering trust and long-term relationships built on integrity and respect.

Employee Wellbeing
Employee wellbeing is a top priority at MoneyPlus Advice, as we recognise that a happy and healthy workforce is the key to success. We’re dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture where everyone feels valued and supported.
To help our team maintain a healthy work-life balance, we’ve introduced a brand new on-site gym, giving employees the opportunity to stay active and unwind throughout the day. Additionally, our subsidised cafe offers a variety of nutritious meal options, allowing our staff to enjoy healthy, delicious food at an affordable price.
By investing in our employees’ wellbeing, we create an environment where everyone can thrive.
